Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges due to carrier rates and package weight. Shipping costs for these destinations are calculated separately and may include a percentage-based surcharge at checkout. Delivery times may also vary depending on location and carrier availability

Free shipping includes ground or freight only unless otherwise stated on the product description page. Additional charges for expedited shipping may apply. Any additional Freight shipping services (liftgate/limited access) have an extra charge.

SketchforSchools Publishing, Inc. works very hard to keep sketchbook costs affordable for our teachers. To help us continue to provide affordable sketchbooks at budget-sensitive prices, we ask you to report damaged products in shipping within 15 days—the email tracking number of the damaged box and order number to csrepresentative@sketchforschools.com.

SketchforSchools Publishing, Inc. is not responsible for packages or boxes stolen after delivery. Please provide a secure delivery address where someone is available to receive the shipment. Customers are also responsible for ensuring that delivery hours and access information are accurate and compatible with carrier delivery schedules.

CUSTOMER RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Standard Sketchbooks will be assessed with a 30% restocking charge and 50% on Custom Sketchbooks on all returns. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns or exchanges.
